Questions
Do I need to download an app?
No. You scan the QR code in your room and everything happens in your browser. There is nothing to install and no account to create.
When will my rental arrive?
Rentals ordered before 18:00 arrive at your hotel the next morning, usually before 09:00. Same-day delivery is available for most essentials in Palma and the south of the island.
What if I need to cancel?
Cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before your rental starts. Experiences follow the operator's own policy, which is always shown before you pay.
How does the deposit work?
Some rental items carry a small refundable deposit, charged with your order and returned within five working days of pickup, provided the equipment comes back in one piece.
Who delivers the equipment?
Rentals and essentials are delivered by MAJORVY. Experiences, transfers and vehicle rentals are operated by vetted local partners, named on every product page.
Can I order for a hotel I have not checked into yet?
Yes. Leave the room number blank and we will coordinate with reception, so your baby cot or beach kit is already set up when you arrive.
