Who you are contracting with

Your contract is with OPERATOR_LEGAL_NAME, not with your hotel. The hotel provides the access point and receives a commission; it is not a party to the sale.

Experiences and transfers operated by third parties are marked as such, with the operator named on the product page. PARTNER_CONTRACT_MODEL

Prices and payment

All prices are in euros and include Spanish VAT at the applicable rate. The price shown at checkout is the price charged.

Payment is taken at the time of ordering through Stripe, by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Your order is confirmed once payment is completed — not when the browser returns to our page.

Delivery

Items we stock ourselves are delivered to your hotel within four to six hours of a confirmed order. Rentals booked for a future date are delivered on the morning the rental starts.

Delivery is to your room door or to reception, as your hotel prefers. If we cannot reach you we leave the order with reception.

Rentals, deposits and damage

Rented equipment remains our property. A refundable deposit is charged with the order where the product page says so, and returned once the item comes back undamaged.

DAMAGE_LIABILITY — the rule for loss or damage beyond normal wear.

We collect rentals at the end of the rental period. Items not returned are NON_RETURN_RULE.

Cancellation and the right of withdrawal

WITHDRAWAL_RIGHT

This section is deliberately unwritten. Under the Spanish consumer code the fourteen-day withdrawal right applies differently to goods, to rentals, and to leisure services supplied on a specific date — the last of these is generally excluded. Getting it wrong in either direction is a real risk, so it needs an adviser rather than a plausible-sounding paragraph.

Liability

LIABILITY_LIMITATION

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, and statutory consumer rights.

Governing law

Spanish law applies. JURISDICTION Consumers may also bring proceedings in the courts of their own place of residence, and this clause does not remove that right.
